Botox Injections for Forehead Wrinkles and In-Between Eyes

There are two types of wrinkles, fine lines and deeper burrows. Creases in the forehead, between the eyes, and crows feet are all a part of the natural aging process. Causes include, aging, smoking, genetics, environmental factors, smiling, and excessive stress. While fine lines and wrinkles will happen to everyone at some point, it can be a major point of insecurity for many. This is easily fixed with neuromodulators such as Dysport and Botox.

IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME?There is some downtime depending on how deep you go which can be anywhere from 3 days to a week or two. Usually most people are red for the first few days and then their skin starts to peel in the coming week and then they're healed within a week or two. Sun and heat exposure as well as rubbing the skin are to be avoided otherwise there is no downtime involved with day to day activity/life.
-
HOW MANY SESSIONS DO YOU NEED TO BE EFFECTIVE?Depends on the patient, usually just one to be effective for improving skin tone and tightening pores but more than one is needed for maintenance and if it's for someone with bad acne you may need 3 or more treatments.
-
DOES THE TREATMENT HURT?It does not hurt, there is a tingling and warm heat like sensation involved that goes away in minutes.
-
WHO WOULD NEED THIS? (ANOTHER WAY TO THINK OF IT: WHAT PROBLEMS ARE THEY SUFFERING WITH? WHY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THIS TREATMENT OVER ANOTHER?)Anyone who is looking to improve their overall skin tone, tighten pores and improve acne. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a cost affective way to improve their skin.

HOW DOES IT WORK? WHAT DOES THE PROCEDURE LOOK LIKE?A peel uses a solution, there are many different brands that basically are used to apply to the skin so that it removes the top layer of the skin in order to produce brighter skin, improve fine lines and wrinkles, improve acne and tighten pores. It is applied to the skin using a medical grade cloth in one or more steps till the desired effect is obtained which depends on the person's skin and what you're treating in order to go through the different layers of the skin.
